Shire Audiology and Hearing Aid Services is an audiology facility incorporated within Shire Family ENT with the latest diagnostic equipment and well qualified caring staff. Our audiologists are committed to sourcing the best devices at the best value for our clients. We are totally independent of hearing device manufacturers and are able to offer a broad range of hearing aids to suit the needs of our clients. Our audiology staff do not work on commission, or a target-based sales system and there is no incentive to sell any hearing devices such as any brand of hearing aid.

Jane Horan graduated from a Post Graduate Diploma in Audiology in 1996 and has been working in audiology with both adults and children. She has been with Shire Audiology since it first opened its doors in 2007.

 

Rebecca Higham graduated from a Master of Clinical Audiology in 2003 and has been working with adults in a hearing aid rehabilitative role as well as diagnostic testing of children and adults.

Tegan Jones graduated with a Masters of Clinical Audiology in 2013 and enjoys performing diagnostic audiology for children and adults and rehabilitative audiology for adults including our cochlear implant services.

Lesley McIntosh is our front of house team member and has been helping clients manage their appointments, clients clean and maintain their hearing aids. Lesley is known for her patience, calm demeanor and impeccable organisation skills.

Kelly Paoletti also works as in our front of house team and is always willing to help clients manage the cleaning and maintenance of their devices, including troubleshooting bluetooth connection problems with their hearing devices. Kelly is appreciated for her friendly and caring personality.
